Hosted by Judah Friedlander, co-star of NBC's "30 Rock," Monday's ceremony was held at NYU's Skirball Center for the Performing Arts. The ceremony recognized the best in Web video, featuring a number of special guests, from viral video stars like Chocolate Rain's Tay Zonday and Obama Girl's Amber Lee Ettinger to Hollywood luminaries like Saturday Night Live producer Lorne Michaels and Be Kind, Rewind director Michel Gondry.

AppScout was on hand during the opening red carpet ceremony and scored video interviews with Zonday, Ettinger, Friedland, Gondry, comedian David Wain, actress Rosie Perez, and a slew of other entertainment figures.

The real highlights, however, were saved for Tuesday, the main ceremony emceed by SNL head writer Seth Myers. The $400-a-head event was held at Cipriani, a massive banquet hall in Manhattan's financial district. The evening's special honorees included faux newscaster Stephen Colbert, rapper Will.i.am, and former Talking Head David Byrne.

AppScout was again dutifully camped out on the red carpet, despite the triple-digit temperature, conducting video interviews with a number of Web luminaries, including Will.i.am, Arianna Huffigton, Myers, and representatives from ICanHasCheezburger, PostSecret, and The Onion.

As always, the Webby Award ceremony involves winners taking the stage to give five-word acceptance speeches. Some highlights:

Arianna Huffington: "President Obama sounds good, right?"
ABA Journal: "Had we lost, we'd sue."
FactCheck.org: "No, Obama's not a Muslim."
SpeakingOfFaith.org: "Not bad for an Atheist."
PostSecret: "Net neutrality today, tomorrow, forever."
Flock: "No s***, we beat Facebook?"
IKEA Mattress: "Thanks for sleeping with us."
Stephen Colbert: "Me, me, me, me, me!"
